At Chichester Hockey Club, our Youth Development Team the “Chipmunks” is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent.
Focused on introducing promising young players to men's hockey, we provide the guidance, support, and competitive experience needed for them to develop their skills and progress through the club. The Chipmunks features a 50/50 mix of experienced adult players alongside youth players (14-18yrs), ensuring we can field a strong, competitive side while guiding and developing the youngsters on their journey into the higher-level men's teams.
Our goal is to help these players grow into key members of our top sides, ensuring a bright future for both the players and the club.
